Reassure Me 4D (24 weeks – full term)

Service Description

- Appropriate measurements for gestation will be taken. - Presentation of baby. - Heartbeat can be heard. - Estimated fetal weight and liquor volume assessment. - Gender revealed if requested however a repeat scan for gender will not be offered. -4D images if possible, however no repeat scan will be offered if baby is not in a suitable position on the day. - At least 3 black and white thermal images provided. - Unlimited images sent directly to your phone using Tricefy technology. This allows you to print as many images as you like and share automatically with friends and family.

Cancellation Policy

We really appreciate that you have chosen to book a scan with us. We understand that sometimes appointment changes are necessary therefore, we request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. Please understand that when you cancel or change your appointment time without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to receive another customer. This cancellation policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved. This policy is used in fairness to both the business and the customers who would otherwise have wanted an appointment. Therefore, we have a strict enforced 48 hours cancellation and rescheduling policy. If no prior notice or the notice given is not provided with the required 48 hours time of your appointment – full payment will be taken and rescheduling may not be possible. Outwith 48 hours of appointment time you must contact us via email at minime4D@yahoo.com or via Facebook messenger. Late arrivals can only be extended to the remaining time of the scheduled appointment. If you are 20 minutes or more late we will have to reschedule/cancel the appointment, which will incur full payment. We understand that special unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel within 48 hours. Fees in this instance maybe waived but only with management approval.
